The Swiss daily "Der Beobachter", based in Zurich, will be a partner to the Global Shining Light Award, organised by our colleague from CBC Sandra Bartlett. This excellent weekly magazine publishes investigative work since decades and is also in Switzerland sponsor for an Award for civic bravery in Switzerland. "Der Beobachter" will be associated with the daily "La Liberté", from Fribourg, who will also contribute to the Award. Finally, the French daily "Libération", based in Paris, will be a partner of the Conference and will provide moderators.
